1. Attend Agency Onboarding
Agencies must receive onboarding training to learn how our flight coordination process works. Send us an email today to request training.
2. Register Your Agency
After training, register your organization in our secure flight coordination system (VPOIDS).
An authorized representative must sign our agency agreement.
Once approved, you will receive a login email with instructions. Approved users can log into the system and submit flight requests.
