First-Time Requests

1. Attend Agency Onboarding

Agencies must attend onboarding training to learn how our flight coordination process works.

Training times:

• Mondays: 1–2 PM CST

• Tuesdays: 9–10 AM CST

• Wednesdays: 10–11 AM CST

• Thursdays: 2–3 PM CST

2. Register Your Agency

After training, register your organization in our secure flight coordination system (VPOIDS).
An authorized representative must sign our agency agreement.

Once approved, you will receive a login email with instructions. Approved users can log into the system and submit flight requests.
