If you are a case manager or survivor advocate, please fill out the Request a Flight form as thoroughly as possible. Every question asked helps us acquire the information necessary to effectively coordinate transportation options. We do our best to fulfill every request. However, we operate completely on the generosity of volunteer pilots and therefore may not be able to assist in every case.

If you are requesting our services for the first time, you must first attend an Agency Onboarding webinar with a member of our team who will orient you to our services and how we coordinate flights. Then you will register your agency and all authorized requesters through our flight coordination system called VPOIDS. We have an agreement that must be signed by an authorized signer of your organization (someone who can sign documents on behalf of the entire organization) to ensure that your case management agency is completely responsible for ensuring proper and legal case management. After you fill out the form, a member of the FAN team will approve your account and you will receive an email with next steps (check spam!).
