Trey Rochford
As a private pilot with an instrument rating, Trey Rochford brings valuable aviation knowledge and operational insight to the Freedom Aviation Network board, helping shape policies and strategies that support the organization’s mission. His hands-on flying experience, including missions across the southeastern United States to help survivors of human trafficking reach safety, gives him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the network.
In his professional life, Trey serves as Vice President of Administration for The Rochford Companies, overseeing real estate development, property management, and hospitality operations across Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. He leverages his leadership and financial expertise to further strengthen Freedom Aviation Network’s long-term planning and growth.

Howard Kohnstamm
Howard is an avid aviation enthusiast. He took his first flying lesson in 1972, and earned his private certificate in 2022. He is currently the proud owner of 1957 Tri-pacer. He is the President of EAA chapter 162 and actively involved in the local aviation community through the IMC meetings and Civil Air Patrol. He is always looking for a way to get the younger generation involved.
Howard is currently our Board Treasurer for Freedom Aviation Network. In his previous career he worked in public and private accounting and then many years in electronic security protection.

Stephanie Lamar
Stephanie Lamar is the co-founder of Freedom Aviation Network and a professional aviator with nearly three decades of flight experience. She began flying in 1996 and is now a Captain with GoJet Airlines/United Express. In 2020, Stephanie helped launch the first volunteer flights that grew into what is now FAN, creating a nationwide network of pilots and partners dedicated to transporting survivors of human trafficking and their advocates.
Her guiding principle, “For the One,” reflects the vision that every flight matters and every life is worth the full effort and resources it takes to reach them. Since FAN’s founding, hundreds of flights have carried survivors toward safety, reunification, and restoration under her leadership.
Stephanie is an active member of Women in Aviation International, the Ninety-Nines, and Female Aviators Sticking Together (FAST). She is the recipient of the Global Service Award for her anti-trafficking efforts and has previously served as Board President of Nashville Peacemakers, working alongside grassroots leader Clemmie Greenlee.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and is a wife and proud mother of three sons.

Joe Creecy
Joe has been interested in aviation his entire life, and obtained his private pilot license in 2012. After purchasing a Cessna 182R in 2014, he obtained his instrument rating, tailwheel endorsement, seaplane rating, commercial license, multi-engine rating, and Cirrus certificate.
AS the Managing Partner of ClearTrust Wealth Advisors in Nashville, he flies throughout the Southeast for meetings with clients. He’s also a volunteer pilot with Angel Flight, Veterans Airlift Command, SouthWings, Young Eagles, Rescue1Global, and Freedom Aviation Network. An FAA Safety Team Representative, Joe is also a member of the AOPA and EAA, and is the founder and leader of the Nashville IMC Club.

Michele Garner
Michele Garner is currently a contract pilot. She got her professional start in aviation at Harmony Air in Nashville flight instructing and flying 135. Later moving on to fly jets at MidAmerica Jet. Michele is an ATP pilot rated to fly single and multi-engine airplanes, seaplanes, helicopters, gliders, and gyro planes with flight several instructor credentials and type ratings in the King Air 300, Phenom 300, Vision Jet and the Cessna 525.
She first learned about human trafficking from her former student and friend Stephanie Lamar. Naturally, dedicated to and passionate about promoting women in aviation, she wanted to get involved in helping rescue women from terrible trafficking situations.

Brad Williams
Brad Williams is the Chief Operating Officer for Signature Aviation. He is responsible for all field operations, operations services, network operations center workforce optimization, safety, security, facilities and continuous improvement for over 220 private aviation terminals in 27 countries. Prior to Signature Aviation, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Store Operations and Restaurants for 7-Eleven, where he was responsible for more than 4,900 fuel sites, 5,300 corporate-operated convenience stores, and 900 restaurant locations, as well as for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic plans to support store growth and overall profitability.
Brad joined 7-Eleven as part of the Sunoco acquisition in 2018. At Sunoco LP, Brad help the position of Executive Vice President of Operations where he was responsible for all corporate-operated convenience stores, Laredo Taco Company restaurants, real estate, and new business development. Prior to joining Sunoco LP, Brad was Chief Operating Officer at L Catterton private equity firm’s Mid-Atlantic Convenience Stores, LLC (“MACS”). He also spent more than 13 years at The Pantry, Inc. as member of the Senior Leadership Team, where he last help the position of Senior Vice President of Operations.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
